Is Bliv another ephemeral sandbox?+

No. Bliv machines are persistent by contract. Suspend stops compute billing while disk state and hostname survive; resume brings the same machine back.

Can humans still control agent spending?+

Yes. Credits belong to the tenant, while every agent key can have its own budget cap. Humans can inspect the audit trail, raise a cap or take over an agent-owned machine.

What does “European” mean in practice?+

European entity, European infrastructure and European jurisdiction throughout the service chain. Machine-level provider and sovereignty labels keep that provenance visible.

When can I use it?+
